Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale items or gift cards (unless faulty)

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at the email above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
